Maintenance Requests

To submit a Maintenance Request please use our online portal.

This is the only way to submit a Maintenance Request unless there is an emergency such as a sewer backup, no electricity, no water.

If there is a medical emergency, noise disturbance, theft, vandalism, fire, assault, or similar type of emergency please call 911 immediately.

If you have an emergency maintenance situation such as a sewer backup, no electricity, no water, etc., please call our emergency maintenance line at (630) 440-1342.

If your call is determined not to be an emergency you will be charged a $50.00 callout fee and no maintenance service will be provided until a Maintenance Request is properly completed and scheduled using our online portal.
